A modern, ecological and energy-saving summer house allows you to rest comfortably in the surroundings of nature thanks to the combination of the latest technological solutions. The building area below 70m² means that the house can be built without a building permit, but only on application.
The interior is kept in a light shade of natural wood with graphite accents. Large windows allow for good lighting of the rooms and open up views of the surroundings, emphasizing the closeness of nature. The combination of wood, glass and metal gives the whole a modern character while maintaining an intimate atmosphere.
In addition to standard equipment, it is possible to expand the house with additional functionalities, such as a 27m² larch terrace, glazed or full door in the gable wall, furniture or household appliances.
